160-165 Visa
SEQ Property Group have developed a business specifically for 160-163 visa holders to meet the criteria of the 890/892 visa. The business is related to investment and management, secured by properties. The operational procedure is summarised below.
160-163 visa holders (called investors) invest a lump sum of money into a business (Min. A$500,000). SEQ will then transfer at least 30% of the business shares to the investors. SEQ will buy the shares back at the same price once the investors receive their 890/982 visa.
After the investors invest their money into the business, SEQ will pay the investors monthly, an amount equivalent to a minimum of 5% annual interest until SEQ buy back the shares from the investors. The details are listed in following table.
