Tian Hu, Head of Property Management
Tian Hu graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2008，majoring in Human Resources/Banking and Finance. Upon completion of her degree, Tian taught English and worked in the Human Resources Department at Cadbury Beijing. Since her return to Australia, she has completed her Real Estate License and joined SEQ Property Group in 2010 as the Head of Property Management

Jeffrey (Zhi) Diao, Property Sale Manager in China
Jeffrey Diao was born in Guagdong. He graduated from Southern China University of Technology (SCUT) in 1991, majoring in Automation. After graduating from SCUT, Jeffrey joined Guangdong Petro-Chemical Industry Special-Purpose Equipment Import and Export Company as Sales Engineer. In 1996, he joined valves division of Emersonprocess Management Ltd, again as Sales Engineer. In 1999, Jeffrey set up South China Controls Ltd and worked as a Sales Manager in the company. In 2001, he formed Guangzhou BaiJun Control Equipment Corporation and acted as the General Manager. These two companies are the sole agent and primary distributors of Emersonprocess Management Ltd in southern China. Jeffrey immigrated into Australia in 2010.

Xiaohua Zhang, Senior Accountant
Xiaohua was born in Zhanjing, Guangdong, China. She graduated from Guangdong Petro-Chemical University, majoring in Accounting. After graduating from university, she joined Guangdong Petro-Chemical Industry Equipment Company's accounting department in 1992. In 2001 she joined Guangzhou BaiJun Control Equipment Ltd. In 2005, she joined South China Controls Ltd and acted as the Manager of the Accounting Department at Guangzhou BaiJun Control Equipment Ltd and South China Controls Ltd. Xiaohua is now SEQ’s Senior Accountant.
