SEQ Property Structure
The three companies within SEQ Property Group were created to embrace the needs of various clients. Due to the integrated nature of the company, SEQ is designed to successfully resolve all levels of investor requirements .
Capital investors invest their money into a unit trust and become the unit holders of the unit trust (OZ Investment Unit Trust). The unit trust is managed by a trustee company. The unit trust will use the money to purchase development sites and develop sites to make a profit.
To avoid the business risk, the unit trust employs SEQ Property Development Pty Ltd to source the development sites and manage the development process on behalf of the unit trust. The unit trust becomes a passive investor, but controls and receives the development profit.

SEQ Property Construction Pty Ltd will then come on board to construct and build the properties for the unit trust.
When the new properties are built, they will be sold to property investors or owners. The property investors can then employ SEQ Property Services Pty Ltd to manage the property for them so that the property investors can receive a passive income. This passive income will become permanent cash inflow for our investors.
