Unit Holders

Congratulations on becoming the unit holders of SEQ development projects!

We believe that the most interesting questions for unit holders are:

1. The project progress: how is the project going?

2. The investment return: how much can they receive when the project is completed?

We have loaded the project progress information on our website. The unit holders can log in and view the progress reports. To protect our commercial information, we can only allow our unit holders to view this information.

Investment return is the net of sale price minus all the costs. The sale price and costs will be different with different projects. At present, financial figures to date are not available for viewing. Before we release relevant financial information, there will be an internal auditor appointed to audit all the financials to ensure the accuracy of our data. The updated financials will be emailed to relevant unit holders.

In addition, we have developed a set of investment seminars. We hope that the seminars will help everybody to establish the right investment mindset, develop a good investment strategy, reach financial freedom and a balanced life. The seminars are developed by Dr William Hu and will uploaded in intervals as they are produced.
