SEQ Property Services was established in 2003 by William Hu. William received his Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Southern China University of Technology in 1981, Masters in Water Resources from Tianjin University in 1987 and PhD in Natural Resources from University of New England in 1998.
After 20 years lecturing in civil and environmental engineering in Queensland, William resigned from university in 2003 and moved into property development, launching SEQ Investment Group.
SEQ has become a multidisciplinary one-stop service provider, from property management to new property developments in Brisbane and beyond. William now focus’ on property development management. He has also developed his own copyright design floor plan for townhouses and unit developments.
